Our Aim

On top of heavy investment in core commercial HGV caliper brake refurbishment, re-engineered development services with improved brake caliper production machinery, along with investment in local apprenticeship training, we have built the foundations to further develop new brake caliper products and now have the capabilities to increase HGV, plant and commercial vehicle caliper re-furbishment production to beyond 4500 units per year generating further interest from HGV and PSV national fleet organisations.

Quality, Cost & Warranty

We believe due to the complexity of safety-critical HGV caliper braking products, they should be manufactured in a clean, organised and controlled environment based on the following:

Fully trained technicians working to control competence regulations from brake caliper unit strip down and preparations, to production, testing and sign-off.
We believe all our brake caliper units can be freely exchanged with OE units, with complete confidence in installed performance, durability, and security of warranty. Our warranty control programme consists of a full investigation and route inspection, with traceability reported within 7 days. The warranty level is currently running below 0.5%.
All our re-engineered commercial and HGV brake calipers come with a 12-month warranty
Quality signed-off brake caliper units with full tractability to build history, testing records, and internal part traceability.
We have a regime of Development, Assembly/Process, and Unit Sign-off testing with strict cycle tests to mirror the vehicle type.
We are also covered by £5 million product liability. A copy of the certificate can be issued on request.

All of these factors ensure a fully reproductive process. This improves waste reduction and downtime and gives us immediate alerts to out-of-spec non-conformance. These methods also give us real-time monitoring of critical control points and make sure the product is right the first time. Putting these practices into place enables us to offer cost reduction over all our commercial, HGV and Plant brake caliper competitors.

We provide all our products in cardboard packaging that can be freely recycled. Exchange units sent back using the same packaging provided.
